Declan is a CIMA educated operations and finance professional, with over 15 years senior management experience of financial operations in the outsourced business services sector.

Before joining BMS accountants Declan held a number of senior management positions with Meridian Global Service, a company providing a range of international outsourced services in the area of indirect tax, helping small, medium and large organisations to overcome indirect tax complexity at both the organisational and transactional level.

Declan brings the benefit of this industry and management experience to BMS Accountants and will complement the existing teams’ ability to provide professional, client centric services to our expanding client base. Declan’s broad portfolio of clients will benefit from his strong analytical skills, attention to detail and practical business experiences.
